"I was seen here today and will never go back and never refer anyone there the doctor was so rude I have insurance and me and my 2 kids were saw there today and I paid my copay but the doctor treated us like we was wasting his time he only checked my breathing not our mouth or ears and my complaint was that I couldn’t swallow he told us it was a busy place and there was a lot going on and he ask what kind of test we wanted‼️ We could have saved money and went to Walmart bought home test and medicine and diagnosed ourselfs. We were not treated like paying patients at all. The front desk staff and nurse was great but that doctor will never get another dime from me"
"I was unable to get in to see my primary care physician in Greenville in a timely manner, so I opted to visit this Prisma-affiliated urgent care center for some ear pain that escalated quickly. I was seen more quickly than I expected, and there were only two other people waiting ahead of me. Everyone was friendly and courteous, a prescription was called in to my pharmacy, and everything was quickly resolved."
"Had a sinus/ear infection for weeks. Walked in around 9am on Monday. I filled out some paperwork. Saw the nurse shortly after turning in paperwork. Doctor came in right after the nurse left. Had a diagnosis and prescription immediately. Nurse was very nice and understanding. Took in all the information quickly. Out the door and on to the pharmacy no problems! All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Thanks!"
