"I usually don’t leave reviews. But, I mean come on!! What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re having to wait 30 minutes or more (usually more). I get people get behind and things happen… understandable. But, when it’s every time I make an appointment. It’s ridiculous!"

"Made an appointment online for my daughter to have a UTI test. Keep in mind that I had to enter her birthdate to make the appointment. Got it booked for this morning. When we got there, we were told they couldn’t do the UTI test on patients younger than 12, told to call our on call nurse line, & was sent on our way. What?! It’s a pee test for crying out loud. There is nothing on the website stating this and again, I had to enter her birthdate to even make the appointment. This was a waste of time that could’ve been spent getting in someplace that would actually help my daughter. Don’t waste your time."

"We arrived on time but accidentally waited in the drive through. When we were instructed to go to the little white box tent thing, the grumpy lady said we would need to reschedule, presumably since we were 15 minutes late at that point. Not great customer service."

"Blessing to put it in short. Our regular Dr is an hour to 45 min drive away so having this close to home (15-20min drive) has really helped. NP Dr. Shea Brock is AMAZING at what she does and has diagnosed stuff correctly haven't had an issue and She's always so welcoming and friendly. She really knows her stuff and loves her job!!!"

"I've had to go to several Minute Clinics now, and I can say without question that the NP (Brock) is the most professional, kind, gentle-spirited, and knowledgeable that I've encountered. Make sure you get her* if you go. She takes her time, has great 'bedside manner' (which is seriously lacking these days) and doesn't make you feel like a number or that your rushed. Excellent customer service; cleared up my issue. Props to Brock and the Minute Clinic!"
