"We recently needed care for one of our children, and arrived early on a Sunday morning to seek treatment. The provider, Jennifer, analyzed the situation and told us that we needed to seek treatment immediately at an ER. She took the time to make calls to locate an ER facility that could do the necessary tests on a Sunday. She found one just a few miles away and made arrangements so that the ER was ready to receive us. The tests we received at the ER confirmed Jennifer's diagnosis and our child was able to obtain the treatment there that was urgently needed. We are extremely grateful for the compassion and professional attention that we received from Jennifer and the staff during our visit at this location."

"This place is a joke. I brought my toddler in for a hand burn. First the lady at the front desk acted like they wouldn’t even see him with attitude, then a nurse came out to look at the burn. Confirmed that they would treat my son there. So I registered entered all of my insurance information. There was a boy ahead of us who I was later informed might have broken a bone in his wrist. Once we were called back, my son crying in the room for over 20 minutes still not seen my the doctor. There was no crying or sounds at all in the room next to us (where the boy with the broken wrist was). My son was crying and carrying on because of pain. After one of the nurses came in to try and calm my son down she informed me about the boy with the possible broken wrist. I sat and waited a few more minutes with my son screaming. We ended up walking out. My son was crying in pain and needed to be seen. On our way out, we passed 3 nurses and a cop all chatting and laughing. Sitting. Doing nothing. I informed the one nurse we needed to leave and find somewhere there my son can be treated. She said ok. I heard more laughing as we walked into the waiting room. This place and these workers made me lose faith in an “urgent care “. I needed help for my hurt baby & this place could not help us."
