"On Nov 2 I saw Hanna Brummitt for ear issues in both ears. She told me it was allergy and to buy Zyrtec. I’m on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy Zyrtec at $19.97 for 30ct. Im 61yrs old and have no insurance so I’m on the sliding scale. This visit cost me $92.08. My ears are now infected. Not going back.there."

"I've been going to new horizon greer for years. Typically helps with what i need. Now, because i haven't been sick for 2 weeks yet they won't prescribe the antibiotics that I already know I need. I've got the same sinus infection that turns into bronchitis since I was a child. F this place and their deaf doctors. I guess since I have to work, they will get more customers. If you can possibly afford anywhere else to go for your health and wellbeing, go there."

"I discovered New Horizon Clinic December 2021 after Mountain View Family Practice stopped taking our United Health Insurance. I researched various primary care facilities and decided to make an appointment at New Horizons, even though it was a pay as you go clinic. I had a serious health issue and needed to see a physician as soon as possible. New Horizon scheduled my appointment in two weeks. I was happily surprised by the genuine concern NP Rojo had for me. He listened to my concerns, asked me several questions, reviewed my history thoroughly and ordered several test that would help determine what I had going on. I do not go to the doctor often. I only go for serious issues. I prefer a holistic approach and riding out pain, sickness, and illnesses. I firmly believe the doctor's office is the best place to catch something you do not want; so I stay away. However, I had a serious emergency that needed an explanation. NP Rojo and the other nurses were very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend New Horizon to everyone that needs a primary physician. Even though Prisma and Mountain View Family Practice have started accepting United Health Care Insurance again, I will still use NP Rojo and the other doctors at New Horizon."

"Negligence to the point of near criminality. Dangerously poor scheduling, communication, and attitude about health care. The Joint Commission will be investigating. They prescribed a medication with 6 months worth of refills and couldn't fit a fallow up for 10 months, I requested a refill and without any response I called and left my provider a message only to get the secretary to say "that's not there problem" when I pressed to actually speak to them I only got an extremely rude and unprofessional response also saying "not my problem, go to the ER" So when I called my pharmacist to ask what to do about the dangerous effects of withdrawals they informed me they did infact refill the script, didn't inform me at all then didn't even note the fact they did weeks prior and then had the audacity to tell me they aren't responsible for anything that isn't in their office. A shameful excuse for healthcare"

"Honestly impressed. First time going to this place, so I didn’t have an appointment. As a new patient I went in, filled out all of the forms, waited, saw the nurse, then the DR, and was done all in 45 minutes. Also it was the middle of the day on Tuesday so it may have been because there weren’t many other people in the office. But overall a good experience with this office, front desk staff, Dr. Webb and the nurse that helped me. Everyone was so nice and I will definitely be back again if needed."
