"Definitely would NOT recommend Colleton Saddle Club House rental! The grass was not cut, the side of the building was green, the pillars were green, the inside was covered in sand, the sinks were brown, the cabinets, oven & kitchen in general were filthy! It rents for $225 per day which you get $50 back for cleaning. Definitely not worth the $175 that you pay total! After cutting the grass, bleaching the pillars, sinks, kitchen, & pressure washing the outside & being told we would “work something out” with money back, we got $20 back out of $175. We still ended up paying $155 for a one day rental & having to do all that work!!"
