"I was picked up and delivered back home. A big plus for me. My wait was short before I was called. I received a Covid Booster and Flu shot. The NP took her time with me which allowed me to cover my current issues. I think this is a wonderful practice. Everyone you touch base with is very nice and professional."

"PROS: The doctor was very professional, easy to talk with, dressed casual, and was open to natural treatment as well as drugs. CONS: I went to this clinic initially requesting a doctor for two very specific issues. They took my insurance information and scheduled a visit. At the first visit, my specific issues were completely ignored and dismissed, and instead all sorts of expensive blood tests were done; when I asked about dealing with the two issues I came there for, I was told by the doctor "Oh we'll deal with that next time"; Medicare just sent me a summary bill notice of $1200 for that visit for which Medicare covers about 10%. I wrote an email to the patient relations person at the clinic about all this but never received a written reply; instead, someone else from the clinic called to hear me out over the phone. At the next visit, my issues I came to the clinic for in the first place were still not addressed at all, instead, an annual Medicare Wellness Checkup was done-- which I never requested. It seems the clinic seems to go on its own agenda, instead of actually asking a patient what they are there for and what they want done."
