"I would recommend Oneonta Animal Hospital to anyone. They were so quick to get us in after my dog got ran over. They were so kind through the entire process and very comforting when we had to put him to sleep."

"My furbabies are rescues. They have been traumatized before their traumatizing experience here. The young man came in with muzzles and was gonna take my dogs back to get their nails trimmed. Never before have I not been allowed to hold my babies while getting their nails trimmed. He was persistent on not letting me hold my mini aussie. She has separation anxiety and not only did they ruin Colt forever I now am responsible to pay 126.00 to have him sedated for a nail trim..I dont think so yall are not at all about how the animal feels. She was fine when i literally pulled her away from the youngan, and then she calmed right down. But he had a grip on her and wouldn't let me hold her. I will never take my babies back there again. The front desk young receptionist was very rude as well...and it took them 2 hours to do 4 nail trims and 2 shots. Dr. Edwards was also rude like I don't have any rights nor do my animals. Never again!"

"It’s so hard to write these words with a heavy heart that this facility fails to acknowledge the blame of their staff and doesn’t take any due diligence to rectify the situation. Dr. Edwards completely ignored my dog’s needs and now I’m paying the price of losing my childhood dog. My whole family is in shambles over this and will never quite be the same. Please think twice before bringing your furry loved ones here. Everyone needs to know what’s going on at third facility."

"Brought my dog in for a routine check up. Left with my dog not able to walk and in excruciating pain. I still don’t know what happened to her. Dr. Edwards felt around on her. Did no X-Ray. And diagnosed her with a slipped disk. He tried to say she could’ve hurt her back in the car on the way there. She sat in the seat for the 7min car ride. They gave her some meds and told me to bring her back in the morning. She didn’t make it through the night. She was 14yrs old. I will never bring another animal here again. And everyone I’ve spoken with isn’t shocked that it happened. I’ve heard nothing good about this clinic. Dr Edwards had absolutely no sympathy in my situation. Instead of believing that one of his workers could have accidentally hurt my dog he put the blame on me. Said she could’ve slipped a disk during the car ride. Again. She was old. She didn’t jump around in the car. Had I just kept my dog home that day I would still have her. This place has many praises on their reviews. But ask around. You’ll hear horror stories. And don’t get me started on the rude staff they have working the front. It’s been that way for years."
