"It is both of my children’s first time in Aiken district and it will definitely be the last! I thought Florida had the worst school system ever now this one takes the cake. First of all the bus system is horrible. They come when they want, leave your kids, and very rude and unprofessional. The lady who answers the phone in transportation. Her attitude is absolutely DISGUSTING! She’s VERY RUDE and never takes accountability for her drivers or herself! EUNICE ROBINSON is the other person I was in contact with through email. Also didn’t take my concerns seriously and brushed it off. I feel sorry for children who don’t have parents who advocate for them. The elementary school is actually good but that Aiken Intermediate is a mess. The resource officer is truly a waste. The principal never returns calls even when it’s something important. I’m convinced they worry more about what the GIRLS are wearing than teaching kids. The teachers are lazy for the most part and give a bully complex but news flash about MY Kid that will never happen. The “adults” I’ve encountered since I’ve moved here in the school system are truly a weak excuse and I can’t wait to pull my kids out this district. Unbelievable and never again"

"The bus come at different time in the morning and most of the time they arriving at 6:05 am when the usual time is between 6:15 or 6:20 or 6:30am..Our kids have working parents, this is not fair to us when we get our kids up at 5 am in the morning just because they are coming at the wrong time. We don't get any notification or anything .They need to be more organized and need to pick a schedule and stick to it this is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure another of kids in my neighborhood is also missing the bus because of this. And we have no way to contact th e m about it"

"ACPSD won't answer the phone nor emails, apparently they pass the buck to power school for grades and student information. Which of course if you can't log into power school you can't get any of that information. Naturally ACPSD just further passes the buck and says to reach out to Power school which won't communicate with you unless you log in.... Which I can't do despite several attempts to reset my password. So great job passing the buck and attempting to insulate parents from the schools. Apparently subcontractors have more control over my kids information than the school. Since ACPSD nor the school will answer the phone apparently my kids are just screwed"

"Bus driver Kayla is one of the most disgusting people I've ever had the unpleasant experience of meeting. Idk why these horrible human beings want to be bus drivers when all they want to do is bully children. Do better."
