"So why am I receiving a message in my email stating paying back a loan that I never took out. I was told I wouldn't be charged but I received an email stating a loan being taken"
"The absolute worst program for CDL training. Poor unsanitary conditions- nasty port a pottie with no hand washing station or sanitizer, lack of communications, broken trucks, uncoordinated scheduling of testing, instructors were quitting which left the class clueless, didn’t get enough practice or drive time, falsified documents on logs, had us in the summer heat and the hot shed with no a.c., students had to pay for water and ice (we asked could they supply at least water and a.c and was told no by the program director Pamela F) was told they will be okay because we don’t have the funding, we brought our own pop up tent (even had a student bring their RV camper out there- that was in the next class, not ours), the range was mostly filled with dirt and a little pea gravel, scheduling of testing and practice before a test was the absolute worse, the next class was scheduled back to back, so the lack of instructors and students prevented us from getting practice in, instructors showed us the parts of the whole truck maybe 2 times- after that it was up to the students to figure it out, trucks breaking down so some students couldn’t test on their day-therefore had to wait another month to get scheduled in.. worst experience ever!! Do not waste your money. I paid out of pocket - not on a grant or job expense. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PROGRAM UNTIL THEY FIGURE IT OUT THE RIGHT WAY! They will continue with this BS because they’re getting funded! FMCSA and DOT needs to come inspect everything, everyday!!"
"This is by far the worst college I have ever attended. The program I chose was CDL. They do not tell you everything upfront such as there is only automatic trucks. They have too many students in one class and only 3 trucks (barely) because they are always broken. If you have a class size larger than 6 then you will not get much time to practice. The staff is extremely unprofessional from the director all the way to the instructors. After your class time is up they require you to still go out there for at least four more days to practice or they will not schedule your test. Even when the test comes they always come up with some excuse as to why you can’t take it such as the truck being broken which will prolong the process of getting your license. The range they have you to practice on is horrible. It is gravel and contains numerous holes which make performing the maneuvers harder. They have a small utility shed for you that in the summer heat isn’t any good because they don’t contain air so you’re stuck in the heat all day with limited water. In the winter you’re going to freeze. Just please avoid this school if you can because they are all about the money."
"If you’re thinking about going here for the trucking program then don’t. Even if it’s your last option wait for a better opportunity. There are a lot of things they don’t tell you upfront. Large class sizes with 2 practice trucks and one test truck if they are not being maintained. during the month that means you get very limited driving time. After the month of class is over you will not be taking the test at DL, instead, they require you to come back and get more practice before scheduling your test. That’s nearly impossible with previous classes still having to come for practice and with new classes with increasing numbers coming in every month. Every time before the set test date they have given me numerous reasons for rescheduling."
"Don't waste your time with this school. Teachers are ok. One instructor is awesome! The education is second rate, the cost is tremendously high and refund, what refund? The financial aid office is rude and the person at the campus either is completely incompetent or has too much to handle and they refuse to hire another person I guess due to their financial problems which with as much as they charge shouldn't be an issue."
