"I have made multiple calls(7) to customer service recently concerning a benefit inquiry and a website for network providers. I was hung up on, told there is no public website(required by law), gaslighted and that I would receive a callback 3 separate times. I have yet to get an accurate answer on specific benefits or providers. After the first 4 calls I requested to speak to a supervisor or team leader and went around in circles while they were confrontational with me. After repeatedly insisting I was put on hold for 8 minutes, 5 minutes and 6 minutes (during 3 separate calls) and then told none were available that I would receive a call back. This is day 4 and still no call back. Nothing is ever resolved or information gained. They go around in circles until you give up. I've asked for a specific specialist provider list because they would not provide a website with a provider list and was told after being put on hold they would send an email but when I asked to repeat my email address back to me to confirm I was hung up on. I have reason to believe that some Molina representatives use your information(such as phone numbers, residential and email addresses) to scam and spam. They use "verification" questions as a way to obtain additional information. There doesn't seem to be a standard or universal verification protocol while they phish with different questions. There is a lack of basic training, customer care, integrity, understanding of US medical system and seemingly a language barrier. How do you receive medical care if they will not provide a list of network providers nor answer basic benefit questions? I do not recommend Molina Healthcare for anything other than a huge headache while being a waste of time, energy and money that could be spent elsewhere with better results."
"Stay away from this company. Too complicated a story to go into it here. But stay away from them. They are a nightmare . . . And this last goes for this criminal company itself. I know you all read this. Stay our of my life. Do not interfere with my getting insurance elsewhere. Don't ever try to contact me again. If you cause me any more headaches, I will be coming to see you in person. And you won't like it. So effen-off. So, you better get it through your heads. I'm not gonna take any more abuse from you all. After your response. I don't want to work with you. mudda forkers. Get lost. You know what state I'm in. SC. Nobody else has my name. And you better not interfere with my affairs, liars. Call you? You are full of it. You know no one can communicate with you, and you do not fulfil your requirements under the law. Stay out of my business, you hypocrites."
"Harassed by molina everyday calls and letter for colon screening I did not sign up for. As well as a package sent to my door with colon screening kit sending right back to you and blocking all calls. Totally feel garrassed"
"I’ll come back to review after I compare to My Choice (which we love) as they are now taking this over. I do like that they are nationwide so my mom may be more apt to move out of state with me now! Do you have one in North Carolina?"
"I wouldn’t even go back to this insurance if it was my last resort. I have called 4 times in October to try to cancel my insurance, was given multiple wrong phone numbers to call, was still charged for the month after i was told by 2 different people that i wouldn’t, and was given yet another phone number to call. Whatever you do, do NOT waste your time or money with this company"
