"For a “paw palace” that “knows all pets” they’re pretty limited to just doing dogs, refused to help my cat that had an unfortunate run-in with a fly trap, and I ended up having to do it all myself anyway. So at least I didn’t waste money on them to probably do a worse job than me. My cat’s fur has grown back in gorgeously by the way, thanks for nothing."
