"I can not express how completely satisfied my entire family is with Simpsonville Kindercare! Our 2 year old daughter has thrived here! We cannot believe how much she has learned, what an incredible vocabulary she has and how she can name so many things! Further and more importantly our daughter is so loved and cared for! Its like she has her own Nanny! The only issue we have is that she will have to leave when she is 5!"
"My children have attended this facility for 6 years. We had some not-to-great experiences and were actively looking for another facility until their newest director, Mrs. Shayla. She has brought so much positive change. The staff is getting better, and the atmosphere is different in every way. I had one conversation about my concerns when she first started, and I could tell the next day she had already spoken to the teachers about her expectations. We love the duo- between her and the assistant director and appreciate everything they continue to do to improve our child’s early learning experience."
"My son has been attending KinderCare in Simpsonville for over 2 years now and we absolutely love it! He is a very smart, creative, curious, kindhearted, and down right silly little guy I know… With that being said, as his mommy, I know firsthand how challenging he can be at times, but the entire staff from from the director & assistant director to the cook and literally every teacher in between (even the teachers he has never had class with) have all treated him with love, kindness, respect, and most of all PATIENCE!!! Every morning when he comes in, Ms “Veeta”, as all the kids call her, takes the time to play a silly little game with him, no matter how busy she is first thing in the morning. Every afternoon when I pick him up, Ms Shayla drops anything that she is doing to give him a hug goodbye and takes the the time to answer all of his curious little questions about all of her little office Soo-dads. Every day on the car ride home, he tells me all of the stories about how sweet his teachers are and the funny things they did with him that day. I couldn’t ask for a better school life for my little boy than the one they have so effortlessly assembled for him."
"If you want peace of mind that your little one is in good hands - this is the place to go. I cannot say enough great things about KinderCare in Simpsonville. Everyone from the director, to the assistant director, cook, and ALL the teachers were AMAZING. I never felt guilty going to work knowing my little one was cared for and loved. So many people thought my little one was much older with how advanced he was and I have to give ALL the credit to KinderCare. The only hard part of relocating has been leaving this amazing daycare and wish there were more places like this!"
"My daughter started here when they first opened in 2019. We were very happy up until they started going through staff like diapers. She herself had several new teachers, and we were NEVER made aware of it until we picked her up and there was a new teacher filling us in on her day. I asked who she was and she said she was my daughters new teacher. Again, we had not been made aware of it. So someone we had NOT met was around my daughter and I was notified happy. They at that point were already on their 3rd director. Not to mention how many times my daughter had been bitten. The teachers that stayed consistent, she loved, but there were not many.Covid hit and they temporarily closed the school, but FAILED to keep me informed of a return date. I called and called and called and was told they were on limited class sizes and when it resumed to normal, they would call and she could come back. That was the new director. Called a month later, and again they had a NEW director. I ran into another parent recently who told us that the school is chaos now. There is no stability or routine other than how fast they go through staff."
