"Since everything is such good reviews, let’s give a little insight on what actually is here at Wyatt. From the front desk lady, to Charlie and Carroll. You feel very judged and it’s almost like they make you feel less than them bc you don’t know the info and they do. The vibe with all THREE of them is off. (ROBBIE IS THE BEST, Personality wise, teaching wise, doesn’t stay in complete robot mode all day. They never smile, they have no personality at all. Mrs carroll looked at one of my classmates when she was describing what she done and she said and I quote you with the most disgusting look on her face, “oh so you’re one of them people”. I’m sorry what exactly is that supposed to mean, bc it couldn’t have been me she said something like that too. I’m just saying facial expressions, tone, and WORDS says a LOT about who you are as a person. Now as far as the classes goes I will say it’s too much at one time. They need at least ONE MORE WEEK for the National. You wake up go to school, read and listen all day (literally that’s IT) you get out at 4:40 (drive home) 530-6pm and then we have to take a shower eat and do (exams)/homework at night. They can’t even keep up with the material and the time it takes to teach it. I felt cheated out of some of my money. Bc why am I PAYING for an instructor who can’t even manage time right and REFUSES to answer questions by the class. I repeat YOU CAN NOT REFUSE SOMEONE TO ASK QUESTIONS that’s how they freaking learn. Then they said they would teach us measurements and get out rulers and stuff and guess what, IT NEVER happened. Charlie only taught like 2 classes the rest were Carroll and Robbie. Which honestly I was PERFECTLY happy with that as nobody in the class liked how he talked, mumbled, and didnt stop to let us grasp info, it was like when he was done talking he wouldn’t even take a breath, everything just went together and his voice is so deep but words are so low and they collide together and you can’t understand anything at all that he says. We have a whole zoom meeting for the girls in the class, And we all ALMOST made a decision to fail on PURPOSE just to show you how good of a job you really did at teaching. The class as a whole had issues with running out of time to learn, out of time to ask questions, your marked late 4 mins before your break is even over. Then class is supposed to start at 840 they take roll at 830 and if not here you’re absent. That’s not fair at all. Stick to YOUR book and YOUR schedule. Also with Charlie what another class mate disagreed and had a problem with, they run out of time bc they are trying to explain THEIR real life situations, like ma’am/sir idc about your real life experiences right now I care about a test I need to pass and the info I need for it . They run out of time bc of to much STORY TELLING!! My only advice is to know some of this info before starting the class so therefore they are not shoving it down your throat from the time you open ya eyes until you go to bed at night. Who learns by never taking a break? Who learns but constant 13 chapters worth of info in 7 days? It really doesn’t make any freaking sense to me how they think everyone learns the same way, the same amount of time to retain info. Everyone is different and they could care less about getting to know the student sitting down with them ok what can I help you understand better on this. How can o teach you better or explain it better to where you understand it. NONE OF THAT IS IN PLACE HERE. You come to school, and talk to a robot all day. You’re also being recorded on video that others go back and watch later, and that makes me really uneasy."

"I could not have been happier with my decision to enroll at the Wyatt institute. Charles, Robbie and Carol were my instructors. They provided an exceptional learning experience and knew how to keep your attention through it all. You can stop looking for a real estate school and enroll here. I can say with certainty you will be very pleased!"

"I had an amazing time! I took both Unit 1 and Unit 2 classes here and I loved it! Charlie, Carol, and Robbie are all great teachers! They teach you so much important information. As soon as Unit 2 classes were over, I started missing coming to school here."

"If you are starting a new real estate career or just continuing education, look no further. Charlie Wyatt is just hands down a RE rockstar. I'm just starting out, but he's forgotten more than I'll ever know, of that I'm certain. He has a great staff as well. Shout out to Carol and Robbie. They are both, along with Charlie, amazing teachers. You definitely want to do your 90 hours at Wyatt. I'm down to my last day, and I can honestly say that I'll miss my classes because of these great people and their school."
