"I wish I had read the reviews before blindly accepting a referral to this awful practice. I don’t know how they’re still in business. The office is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, the front desk staff is rude. They do nothing to verify or file insurance and even have a sign up that says it’s your problem to take care of. It feels very much like patient well-being is far below their desire for making the most money possible. The office makes it evident that they clearly don’t believe in investing in patient needs. This lack of concern for people is also evident in the lack of patient care. I was particularly disappointed in Dr. Daniels."

"These are the worst doctors and office staff I have ever encountered! I can't believe they are still in business!!! The office girls are rude and totally incompetent!!! I have needed a new CPAP machine for 3 months. I waited 6 weeks to get an appointment. Finally got a virtual appointment on June 14th with Dr. Daniels who said he would order the machine. This is August 9th and Lincare supply Company is still waiting on paperwork from his office! Perhaps they don't realize how important a CPAP machine is to their patients. This treatment is totally unacceptable!"

"The staff at this office is absolutely horrible. Rude, curt, arrogant, unhelpful and completely lacking in empathy and compassion. I took home a “sleep test” because of my insomnia and found the apparatus to be very difficult to use. I couldn’t keep the nose piece in my nose and it didn’t fit in my mouth. I went into the office the next day to address this and they said that it was “my” problem, not the “device problem”. They went on to clarify that even if they weren’t able to get good results from the apparatus at home (had I been able to use it) I would still be billed for the at home and follow up in lab sleep test. They then went on to further insult me by saying no one else wasn’t able to do it and that even if they had insignificant results and it was difficult and uncomfortable they still did it. This was an unnecessary and moot point since they just told me even if I tried and the results were inconclusive I would still be charged. Not a single suggestion or helpful comment on how to use in a way where I could actually sleep with it on nor any effort to consult a doctor or someone else whom maybe could help. I initially went to this practice because of the many incredible referrals from long-standing local physicians who had worked with and recommended Randall B. Evans. Because he has retired, I was willing to try J. Daniels. However, although my visit with him was fine, I would never return to this office to resolve the ongoing issues I am having after this experience with his staff. Shameless billing and horrendous service."
