RMC Primary Care - Holly Hill

"2 years experience! It shows! Bed side manner is everything when you are in the medical field and this young lady showed none. If you are trying to explain something to someone who has been going to this practice for over 30 years and this is your first time seeing them and the best you can do is make that person feel as though they are a "druggy" by speaking to them in an ugly manner, something is wrong there!! My husband has had 4 operations since August and has been on many meds prescribed by his surgeons. 6 surgeries in the past 2 years alone! To not even try to listen and show concern for someone in his situation is absurd and cruel. He was already nervous about seeing a new doctor anyway when he went there. But when I spoke with her, I completely understood how my husband felt! Even when we saw and spoke with his surgeon yesterday, he did not understand why she could not see everything in his chart! He even wrote her a letter that I dropped off yesterday. But speaking with Miss Keefe this morning, oh boy, very rude and "matter of fact" conversation with her. I was taken back by her incompetent way of speaking at me, not to me. Extremely unprofessional! We will no longer will be going to this practice, which I am very sorry for. We adore the staff and the other practitioners there, so it is sad for us to go, especially after all these years!"

"My mom has been going there for a couple years now but a few days ago she got in a bad accident and I have tried calling since her accident like 5 times a day and leaving messages because she needs to get an appointment really badly if it weren’t for the fact that she loves her doctor i wouldn’t give 2 stars and wouldn’t be going there again"

She took time with me as well as what I'm told from other patients of how she cared for others. Dr. Knuckman is a jewel! Really am satisfied with the care he provides.
