"Dear management, I just left your store, It was beyond a rude experience. It was an over the top attempt , to run me off , when all i needed was a hose bib, and an elbow.. A male, about 30-37 years old, 5"11 wearing an un buttoned blue striped shirt , uncut brown hair, acted as one of your staff. He he physically stood in the isle blocking me from picking up the item I intended to purchase. I even asked this rude experience of a man, if he didn't want my monies, to just tell me . I don't know who this rude experience is to you , but its costing you money. If this kind of treatment iof your reutrn customets is condoned here at your establishment. ..I think everyone should be aware of what they are walking into. It was a waste of time for me. I really hope that this issue is addressed..and corrected."

"This is a very old school hardware store and they somehow know exactly where everything is and how much it costs. It reminds me of the small town hardware store of my youth. My mom used to call this a “blivit”; 100 lbs of stuff in a 50lb sack. Hats off to them though, they were very kind and personable and directed me quickly to the isle and section I needed. The old guy knows everything about everything hardware. You’ll never get that brain at a big box store!"

"If you want it, it is probably there. I don't believe I have ever seen so many things in one place. It was great looking thru everything. I really enjoyed myself and my husband found several things he wanted."

"If you need it, can't find it, or just board this is the place to go. Some of the nicest, down to earth people I've ever met. From boiled peanuts, to any tool you could possibly need they'll have it or make it. This isn't just a hardware store. It's a family!! Anytime you go into the store be prepared to be offered paws boiled peanuts, and ma will probably stop you and ask you about Jesus. She'll probably say a small prayer for you and send you on your way. Oh and don't think they'll forget your name. If you're close you should stop by just to take a look around. Might leave with a train or a fishing pole. You will leave with a smile, a small prayer, and a new family..."
