"They took all my money and made me go into the negatives specifically negative 483 with no way to get to work now a kid on the way and bills to pay. All because they reversed a dispute over a damn e bike I never got and showed proof it was missing and what did they do screw us over hope your happy stealing money from a family is need"
"Tons of fees. They pull illegal stuff like taking the highest withdrawal out before tons of small purchases that showed as cleared before large withdrawal was made . They now charge 5$ per transaction if you need to use your $500 line of credit . And $35 if you use the $1000 overdraft protection. Along with many other fees that other banks don't charge or at least take the smaller ones first. It's only a matter of time before they get hit with same class action suits other banks did when busted for these shifty policies. I'm sure they made a ton taking advantage during covid when people where suffering and out of work"
"Account was locked and card confiscated for taking longer than 20 seconds to fill out an envelope. Would have been great if there was a warning beep or maybe a ledge to write on so I could keep tabs on what the screen was saying. I understand how security is a major issue, as this is a bank, but it is very frustrating when you just want to pay your credit card bill."
