"I tired to go to sell some jewelry I have and nobody was even there. I waited in my car for 20 minutes then left. I then called to see if anybody was even there and got no answer. They call back minutes later and they ask me to send them pictures of my jewelry to their store phone number and so I did. Waited about 30 minutes and no call back or answer to any of my phone calls. I’ve delt with this place in the past and they have been great but this is just unacceptable and completely unprofessional."

"I don't know where all these great reviews are coming from. Maybe people who don't know what they have think they're getting good money? Went in and they offered $130/oz BELOW SPOT for gold eagles. I can get spot price from various buyers on the internet. Plus I saw some reproduction colonial currency in the display which wasn't marked as such. The display cases were mostly empty. How does this place stay in business? Very disappointed. Store does not live up to these reviews."

"Just was walking around and happened to notice the store. Let me first start off buy saying the store is spotless very clean and neat. The associate was very helpful and immediately greeted me with cheerful smile. I didn't have any intentions on buying anything but they had wonderful and rare collections in great condition and the prices I couldn't give up! I ended up spending around $500 that day but it was well worth it! Best place in NEW YORK! Recommend it to any one in the area.. If you live a little further it's worth the trip. Extremely friendly and polite staff. I'll be back soon for sure."
