"We went to Loft yesterday to pick out an outfit or two and a gift for my mom. Trease was so helpful in helping me pick out the right color, size and cut on my sweater, and even looked at pictures on my phone to help pick out my Mom's gift. We checked out with Laurie and she was great in helping ship our sweater out. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received! They made you feel like you wanted to hang out there for hours. Will be back!"

"This store has sharply declined in the past year. The staff is rude/unprofessional and seems inconvenienced by having to do anything that remotely has to do with their job. The staff also seems to not care about how they look showing up to work- pretty sure none of the employees I have seen are wearing anything that resembles LOFT. The store is in a constant state of disarray and barely has any stock. I am reduced to only going in this store to make an online return- and even that is too much. I have called corporate to report the store and was promised a call from the district manager- never happened. LOFT needs to figure the problem out or they will end up closing another store due to lack of business."
