"Rented a 20 inch chain saw...had issues with it staying started and it wouldn't cut through the wood..it would just smoke ..would not rent another one Took it back and the chain was on backwards..."

"This place is ridiculous. I agree with the other comment about the rude guy at the rental counter. Idk why he’s so angry all the time but maybe should find another job but yet he’s always there. I have rented here for the last time. Every time I rent something, there’s a problem. Then getting actual help for the problem is nonexistent. I rented a Skidsteer to knock out some quick work on Thursday morning. Had to chain down the load bc the previous customer just didn’t care . Drove all the way to the job 23 miles form Home Depot . Was given the wrong key. I called to see if someone could bring the right key. Nope . So 23 miles back to Home Depot I go. After having to show them the Keys weren’t “ universal “ I drove back 23 miles with the right key . When it had started raining. I asked if we could just reset the time to the next day since it was already raining . I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. So I bring the machine back when we agreed and was charged the full price 1 day 6 hours by the rude guy . So I went to try to talk to someone in customer service . They say it may take days to fix it. Yet it only took one minute to take my money. Never should’ve happened. This place has no idea what they are doing and customer service is nonexistent"

"Rented a concrete saw and made 3 cuts and it quit. Had to get a bobcat to finish the job. They did not make any adjustments. They need to get better equipment and know it’s going to work when rented out. BEWARE."

"Jan.14th today I called and made a reservation to pick up a generator in the morning Jan.15th. While I was on the phone I received a text message "which i saved", confirming the reservation. Just now, a couple hours later I receive a text stating my reservation has been cancelled! Called and asked why....the answer was "your reservation was not locked in our system. Are you kidding me right now?"

"There is a guy there that is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met. He is the reason I do not rent anything from them anymore. People I know who used to rent from them said same thing that's why they dont rent from this location anymore. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because of the Hispanic guy who runs the tool room is the best person to deal with. Get rid of that other guy!!! You will keep more customers. May25 1215pm"
