They don’t care about COVID they don’t care if the teachers are sick. Oh and another thing there is favoritism when it comes down to the director and some teachers and parents."

"They gave up on our 3.5 year old child after a month because he didn't conform to their standards. Don't expect much effort on their part to help your child fit in or build self confidence. They are quick to boot your kid if any effort on their part is needed to help them fit in. Biggest mistake we've made so far! Horrible communication on their part. Our kid got smiley faces for a week straight but we were told they were a different kind of smiley face because it was him. How can a child care giver give up on a 3.5 year old? Disgusting!"

"We went here for years. First, you can't post anything negative about this company or they kick you out. Company policy, check their posted website documents. Thankfully we moved far away... Second, this is no academy, the poor staff feels completely under paid, under appreciated, and unsupported. Finally, the facility is a joke, the play ground is small and clearly the cheapest options available. This company is exploiting location and a cheap labor market to maximize profit at the expense of your kids. I highly recommend a solution that isn't next to a bar. It's creepy to constantly step over broken bottles, cigarettes, and the occasional used condom. It's very creepy to do it twice a day with your kids. I hated this place so much that I remembered to do this after they couldn't punish me by kicking my kids out of school with no notice. Again, company policy..."
