"Best engagement ring shopping experience I’ve had! I’ve been to several engagement ring consultations (for myself/friends) and this one was by far the most intimate, helpful, and supportive. Went with a friend to look at rings for her, and Juliet helped really narrow down my friend’s preferences without making her feel rushed or needy. They have a huge variety of rings that are very reasonably priced, and the customization services they offer are unbelievable. Most importantly, the consultation was fun and felt very personal, exactly as it should! Could not recommend this place more! Note that the building entrance is actually on 5th Ave, and the room is 1704. And there was construction on the 17th floor when we went so it was a little confusing when you get off the elevator, but just continue down the hallway until you reach their room."

I approached them looking to have a bespoke engagement ring made for my partner, and they truly made my dreams come true!! The Jewelry Designer I worked with, Mark R., was amazing. He gave great suggestions and insight during the design process and assisted me in refining and adjusting my idea into a truly stunning 3D rendering and then actual ring. Additionally, the diamond he found for me is absolute perfection. He understood the qualities that were important to me, and found an exceptional gem within my budget. The whole process was very thorough, and every single staff member I corresponded with was incredibly kind and clearly knowledgeable about the process. Candice and Camila, of the Customer Experience Team, both kept me updated throughout the production/shipping process. I would like to commend Camila specifically for her diligence in keeping me updated when inclement weather caused a minor delay in the shipping process. She personally called me over the phone to update me and arrange for my package’s arrival during a day and time-window of my preference.Their timeline of how long it takes to create/ship the end product was accurate, and the ring was shipped very safely (inside a bag that is also inside a box) and quickly overnight! The packaging and goodies the ring arrived with were also a very nice touch. The ring box itself is well crafted and, being black, suitable to present to a partner of any gender identity. Included in the package were an additional ring polishing cloth, small draw-string pouch, and the appraisal/GIA certification documents. The items included were a very nice touch and certainly elevated the experience even further. Overall, working with Taylor & Hart made all my worries about custom ring design disappear. The last thing to do is propose, and I am SO excited for my partner to see his ring thanks to the incredible work everyone at Taylor & Hart put into it. I KNOW he will love it! (P.s.
