"Looking for a sustainably made bracelet for my wife to celebrate Valentine's day, I found that this store had been here for some time. I normally tend to go to a similar store nearby, but I felt the customer service there didn't justify my shopping there anymore. I came in quite rugged as I had my motorcycle gear on, but I was greeted with a warm welcoming, and the staff member; Peggy, was an absolutely brilliant, helping and informative staff member, making me feel that I wish everyone was as so. I felt proud of my purchase, and my wife really loved the bracelet, and since I've given it to her, I'd love to go back with her again. Highly recommended."

"Go to Doviana 1 block away instead!!!!!! Went to the soho location to get my ears pierced and had 14K gold nap earrings (screw in backs) placed. Followed care instructions and approved time for the piercing to heal with no issues. Unfortunately, upon trying to replace the earrings for the first time my left earring refused to unscrew. I went to the store for help and was greeted with horrible customer service, a dismissive attitude and being informed only a piercer could take them out which they may or may not have next week. After receiving no help other than being asked if I knew the proper direction to unscrew things to loosen them, I left and found Doviana across the street that quickly helped. The piercer there said the earring was improperly screwed in (crooked) which caused the issue. Truly disappointed by the behavior and tone of the staff."

"Ordered an engraved product online. The type was so small it wasn’t legible. As others have said, it seems this brand is not of value and the company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately didn’t think to check google reviews before purchasing."

"Awful !!! I ordered customized bracelets as Xmas gifts ; one was sent blank ; one had engraving quality which is barely visible . After 4 days of trying i finally get a customer service rep who tells me the senior mngt policy is no refunds ... after 1.5 hours of chatting .. completely unnecessarily and frustrating . U can barely see the image and they refuse to take responsibility .. to the point they are forcing me to accept the blank one because the found the one they should have sent in their warehouse !!! Do yourself a favor ... don't shop with them !!"

"Placed an order for my wife’s birthday. FedEx lost the package for 4days and then delivered it with the box mangled and the item missing from the box! I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement item which was received next day. The bangle was beautiful and my wife loved it. Amazing customer service!
