"Let me start off by saying I usually do not write reviews, but my experience as of late has been far from satisfying. It seems the last couple of months things have gone downhill from where it used to be. The new counter person is loud and obnoxious, has a hard time answering even the most basic of questions. The person who pulls the orders and loads has a general bad attitude and also can't answer any questions. When you walk into the office it feels like an employee hangout and not a place of business. The manager doesn't seem to care and hides in her office. The sales person Carla is great and the delivery person is helpful. But that is about the best I can say. Not sure what happened in the last few weeks or months but I will definitely be taking my remodeling and installing business elsewhere and I'm sure the other contractors in my line of work will follow. The other ABC stores are much more courteous and professional Take your business to them and not this disappointment of a formerly great location."
