"My wife and I went to Henson’s to buy a crate of rock as we are creating a dry creek in our yard and need various sized rock. We wanted the crate with large and small rock. The man said we could not pick the one we wanted that esch crate was the same. Obviously they are not. I said no the crates were different snd we wanted the fifth one. He said we could not get it , they were all the same! He was argumentative! We did not choose to argue. We left and went over on hwy 14 near Pelham and 85 and bought from very nice people that let us pick and tag the crate we wanted."
"They are absolutely amazing and I love their detailed customer service. We recently brought two loads of crush run from them for our yard and we will be purchasing some gravel as well soon. Turnaround is amazing. Customer service is so punctual, and attention to detail is great. I couldn’t figure out the accurate size of our yard, but Jason definitely assisted me. I’m so glad that we took a leap of faith and called them. We have been eyeing them for a while as it pertains to upgrades to our yard, because we are trying to sell soon and adding some curb appeal. I’m glad we called and when we move to Fountain Inn, they will definitely be our selected business for our bulk yard care needs. Definitely recommend them and their services and not to forget to mention the delivery driver was professional, prompt, and made sure he carefully delivered our loads. I love everything about how they operate. It’s good to see another business not relax their service, standards, or integrity in the midst of this pandemic. Kudos to them and their team."
