"Teresa was absolutely incredibly in guiding me through the process of purchasing an engagement ring for my fiance. I met with her in early February and she did not put any pressure on me at all. Even though I had a very clear cut idea of what kind of ring I was going to purchase, she was able to show me options within the constraints I had. Over 50 emails, 4 in-person visits and 6 months later, my fiance absolutely loves her ring. The only thing I would say is that the pricing is definitely a bit higher than other lab-diamond retailers but the service and quality/vetting of diamonds is worth it in my opinion. Would highly recommend Teresa for any one interesting in buying a diamond ring."

"I had a good experience designing my ring and loved it upon receiving it, but I wish I had known that the craftsmanship is questionable. I took a risk deciding on an online retailer without a location in my city to visit, and I wish I had thought on it some more. I noticed a missing side stone sometime last week, and my husband requested for a replacement. Turns out missing stone repairs are only covered for up to 2 years, and we're at the 2 year and 9 month mark. I thought they'd be more understanding considering it's to not fault of my own, and I don't even wear my engagement ring when doing any activities that might result in wear and tear. I've had friends and family who purchased engagement rings from Brilliant Earth who had one-time exceptions made to them for manufacturing defects even though they had no warranty on missing stones whatsoever. I had higher expectations considering the quote for Ada for my engagement ring was much higher than Brilliant Earth, and I went with it anyways thinking I could trust them more than a large retailer. My wedding band that's pictured is from Brilliant Earth, and I haven't had any stones fall out from it to this day and have worn it for over two years now. I would advise others to think twice about getting an engagement ring from Ada Diamonds for this alone. They are not as interested in maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers in the same way local jewellers or some major retailers might."
