"We saw this Russian Orthodox Cross on a web resale site, it had sold years ago but we were able to find that it was designed and manufactured by Avital & Co. Jewelry. We contained the company and worked with Ralph. They had to recreate the molds to cast the three parts. We were a little reluctant to order a custom piece of jewelry from half way across the country but went ahead. The whole process took two months. During that time Ralph was always available to talk to us over the phone and texted us pictures on several occasions. The piece arrived yesterday and it is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I showed the piece to our local jeweler and he was impressed with the art work and quality of construction. My wife and I highly recommend Avital."

"I purchased on Ebay a man's 14k diamond and ruby ring from Ralph (owner/jeweler Avital & Co.) for my partner for our first anniversary. Ralph shipped it immediately to me from NYC and had it delivered to m,y home in New Orleans in just two days. When the ring arrived it did not strike my fancy, as how it was portrayed in the pictures. Don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful ring. I was just hoping for something a little different. So I called Ralph to discuss what I would like changed about the ring and he said to send it back and he would modify it for a reasonable amount and get it back to me before my anniversary. He did just that! He sent me pics of the changes to sign off on and had it changed and delivered back to me 6 days after receiving it back. Ralph not only made an exceptionally beautiful ring, which my partner adores and cherishes, but he went over and above to provide the best customer service I have ever received and to make sure the ring was to my specifications and a quality product.
