"Back in September 22, we remodeled and added hard wood floors in our home…they turned out beautiful and service was great. Recently we changed up carpet in 3 rooms and again had fantastic service and rooms turned out great. Courtney and his team were awesome to work with. Highly recommend!"

"Very disappointed. The service we received when we bought the flooring was very good, the sales rep (part owner) was knowledgeable and helpful, and we bought the recommended flooring based on the square footage of the house we recently bought. We were a little uncertain we were purchasing too much since she had us also buy 10% extra square footage, but she told us we would be able to return any extra flooring and only lose a 20% restocking fee. We knew this remodel would take a while(approx 1yr) and expressed our concern to her, but she assured us it would be fine and also said we would not want to buy what we needed over time because we would need it to match and sometimes batches can vary some. We ended up with over 450 sq ft too much… almost $1,000 too much. If any of you are remodeling your home, you understand how much of a big deal it is to be able to return the unused, unopened, brand new inventory, even if you’re only getting back 80%. Fast forward to today… When we called about returning it, we were told the lady that helped us is no longer with the company and “they don’t do that anymore”. A place that doesn’t honor what was told at time of purchase is not one I’d desire to do business with again. A big disappointment to say the least."

"The hardwood floors and carpet look great. I’m happy with how they turned out except that they took weeks to install bc the workers kept getting pulled to other jobs. The tile they install was horrible. First they installed the wrong color tile. They had to rip it all up. Then when they got the correct color It was uneven, the grout lines were crooked, even had a cracked tile that they didn’t replace after I pointed it out, and they didn’t match the grout to other tile that was already in the room. Instead, they dyed it all a purpley gray color. Courtney finally told me he had is second rate guy install the tile bc there was a 3 month wait on their good tile guy. They ended up not charging for the tile. I ended up having to have another company rip everything out and start over. They also had to take out the existing grout bc of the dye that was used."
