I notice Thursday morning that the price reduced, I ask for the reduced price, told no, you'd have to ship it back, pay 20% restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars on customer support. "The sales reps at the store were by far the best ones I've ever dealt with, and we're cool as a fan! To a tool guy like me, it was the closest thing to Heaven that there is! And there was a 30% off sale today that I didn't even know about! I mean where else could you get a Ryobi One 18 volt jigsaw, a 20 piece Ryobi jigsaw blade set, and a 25-foot Ryobi tape measure for $56.89!! And they all have warranties!! "I’ve never had the “pleasure” of going to a DTO, just ordering online and this is the location my tools come from. My most recent order was shipped incorrectly and I was given the wrong item. DTO will not correct this and wants me to ship back the wrong tool for a refund. I just want my actual tool and I’ll swap back the incorrect one."
