"We have used Stribling 2-3 times and have always been pleased. However, something has changed besides my countertops, like new management? The morning after they replaced two bathroom countertops we had three water stains on our ceiling. My wife called and reported the issue a few days later. The man she had been working with admitted he shouldn't have left the valves leaking and at of fairness to them, they told her up front they did not reinstall sinks. He said he needed a few days to think about what he would do to fix the spots. A few days later my wife called again and he said he would come out to color match the ceiling paint and spot paint. Another few days past so my wife called again. His tone changed to, he was busy and he didn't need our repeat business. Furthermore, go ahead and talk bad about me because I have plenty of business. We will not be using this company again."

"I had some counter tops installed around the middle of December 2015. A couple weeks ago I noticed where the two counter tops that are joined together in a corner were buckled up and coming apart. We called and explained our problem and asked if someone would come and look at it. When two men arrived, the one {(obviously owner??) he didn't introduce himself] began immediately speaking in a loud boisterous tone. "I know what is wrong. It was caused by having a hot coffee pot sitting there, that is why it buckled. I will replace it THIS TIME but you have to understand that it will be for only this time!" I wanted to tell him that the counter tops I had before had been in my house since it was built in 1992 and those counter tops had never given me any problems at all. But I was afraid to say anything to him. His counter tops are obviously not very good grade material. Cheap!! I definitely would not recommend him or use him again for anything. Very poor customer service!!"
