Reviews of Goodwill Outlet
"Possibly the filthiest, trashiest Goodwill in existence. Definitely the worst I've ever been in. Trash everywhere, dirt on everything, nothing sorted. Just unbelievable."
"Surprisingly good depending on what you're looking for. It's a weird vibe in there with people who I guess have resale businesses going nuts over the bins. It's actually borderline disturbing to watch them run to the bins and just start throwing the items around. That being said, if you have an eye for real quality you'll be surprised with what you find."
"This review first speaks of Victory Drive but then goes on about Sallie Mood. Not only did we look at hours on the website but we called the Goodwill number and they told us an attendant would be available and the dropoff would be open. We got there to find no attendant, the doors closed, and an absolute disgraceful scene. People try to do the right thing and donate items to help those less fortunate but for Goodwill to not even care to leave those donated items for weeks in the hot sun and storms is just disrespectful. Before you come at me and say, "Well they could have been donated that same day" NOPE, no way, items have been out there awhile just by looking at them with the boxes soaked and other items sun bleached. If you don't have an attendant to work the hours then you need to change your hours or close down that location temporarily until you can have someone to monitor and clean up that disgrace. We then went to another Goodwill at the Sallie Mood location where we met with very nice and hospitable gentlemen named Dwight and Kevin. They went out of their way to help us get out U-Haul full of donations unloaded. Goodwill, because of those two gentlemen our faith in Goodwill was restored after seeing and visiting the awful location at Victory Drive. If it weren't for Kevin and Dwight we would never have donated to Goodwill again or recommend others to donate to Goodwill. I am really hoping you (Goodwill) will find some way to show your appreciation for their hard work and determination. As for the Goodwill Victory Drive location, DO BETTER, because that place was a disgrace."
"My favorite store. I loved reading all the reviews. A lot were negative because I don't think people understand that this is an outlet. I guess some have come to shop and don't get the outlet concept. The employees are pretty friendly and helpful. I do wish the bins could stay out longer in the evening. They employees are usually putting bins away around 4:30 to 5. I would say by 6:30 there is only about half of the bins out at that time."
"The only reason I am giving this a two star rating is because dwight, the manager there is friendly and professional. There's also one other cashier there who is professional. I forgot her name but she is friendly. She hasn't been working there long. I think that the employees here overall are rude. The man at the cash register was rude to me today. He blamed it on he was frustrated with corporate, but regardless, you don't show your frustration to customers. It's unprofessional. Also, I believe that the workers favor certain customers and let them get first pick at items. I have actually witnessed this first hand. In regards to the quality of items, obviously since it's a outlet store is not going to be the best quality, but I have got a few nice things there. Overall, it's just mediocre. I prefer the other outlets. They are a longer distance for me to drive, but it's worth it if they have better quality and the employees are nicer. If you don't like your job and if you are frustrated with your job, find another job. That is all."
