"As an ex-employee I can honestly say there is nothing good about this job. From management to employees its all very cliqueish, the older employees don't want to help you learn anything unless you're their relative (which there are a lot of) and management sees you as less than human. Overall I wasted 2 years trying to learn and do my job better but in the end I was let go due to restructuring and economic climate. There is no training, the benefits aren't very beneficial. So if long hours at a thankless workplace is what you want, go for it."
