"We used them recently for a flooring and shower remodel job. We had multiple issues that went unresolved by Paco from the beginning. His guys left a huge mess, cut in two of our closets looking for the shower water lines, they played loud music while they were here, didn’t show up until 11 and would be packing up to leave by 4 after taking an hour lunch. We contacted Paco several times about issues, but he never would come out to see what his guys have done and how they trashed our place. The best part of the remodel was them leaving for good! "I recently hired Paco Design Studio for a bathroom renovation. It was a total gut job, removing a tub, toilet, and vanity, as well as wall and floor tile. Paco’s crew did all the demolition in one day, then they installed a new drain and tiled a new shower and the floor. This project also required a plumber and electrician, hired separately. Initially Paco came on site, listened to my ideas, took notes and photos, and measured. He sent me an itemized quote the same day, and he responded quickly when I had questions or wanted to make changes to the plan. He also offered excellent design suggestions. Communication is outstanding with Paco Design Studio. Their computerized system makes everything clear and stores all information related to the project. They respond quickly and in detail. I received carefully itemized quotes, notifications for scheduled appointments and arrival times, all invoices and receipts via email and text messages. Crew members are prompt, professional, courteous, and they take pride in their work. And the work is beautifully done, including careful tile work, dry wall repair and painting, and installation of fixtures. I also want to note that the plumbers I hired were stymied by what to do with the shower drain in my high-rise unit, recommending a costly and time-consuming process. Paco came in with a simple and efficient solution that saved me literally thousands of dollars. Here’s the acid test: I have already contracted with them for a second project in my half bath!"
