"This company was fantastic. From the very initial consultation with Janet to the completion of the replacement of our disgusting builder beige carpet, I had an amazing experience. Janet came to our house three different times with samples and was able to answer all of my questions and work with me as I tried to decide exactly what I was looking for. She was honest, friendly and very helpful. The crew was amazing. We replaced our carpet for our entire upstairs and actual stairway and they sent out a crew of six people on the first day and a crew of three people on the second day. our entire upstairs was done in those two days. The crew was so fast and worked really well together. I was so impressed with the progress by the end of the first day, I honestly did not expect it to go that quickly. They were polite and even cleaned up after themselves each day, sweeping, etc. They left zero trash behind. It was refreshing to work with a crew that took such good care of my home. I had contacted two other companies before selecting floor coverings international, and I am so glad I went with Janet and her team. Mike, the owner, even stopped by to look at the project when the materials were getting delivered. and he came back on the second day just to check to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of customer service and commitment to quality is fantastic from a contractor. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. Our floors look so incredible, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody looking to make a change to their floors.
