"Rarely a good experience and never seem willing to help ***Months after writing my initial review ive been waiting 4 days for them to refill a precriprion. Its sad theyre this bad."
"I tried to cancel but couldn't so made the mistake of going anyway. It was a waste of time. I got a Doogie Hauser type doctor who's still a child and no help at all. They're not even doctors, they're residents, students or something , very green. I wish I hadn't gone, it really ruined my day. This place really sucks as a whole."
"You of course can decide if you want to become a patient or not, it's up to you. I have been a patient there for a couple of years and there are pros and cons of it. The pros: all of the staff are very nice, friendly, professional. The physicians are nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and spend a lot of time with you. The office is only a few minutes from my house which is a big plus for me. Getting an appointment is easy and the wait time used to be short but because there is only one nurse working there now plus a 'borrowed' nurse, the wait time might be longer. One nurse for five doctors. Wow. Cons: The physicians rarely ever respond to their emails that are listed in the patient portal. You would be better off making an appointment to see them. Even when there were more nurses/medical assistants working in the office, none of them ever called me back when I left a message on the prescription refill line and now it's even worse. Even if someone in the office called a refill in for me they never contacted me to let me know. I was contacted by the pharmacy instead. I honestly don't want to find a new provider but if this continues I will have to. Ask yourself why did the nurses and medical assistants leave the office? I worked in the medical field for fifteen years and you get burned out. It's a stressful job. This is why I quit and became an artist at a job I retired from."
"Doctor is nice enough in person but they are absolutely horrible on the phone and getting you the papers needed. I have been waiting months for a simple thing to show up on my chart and when they finally get it right the website won’t let me access it. Worst service ever"
"The worst doctors office ever never organized or on time be there forever and a day it’s just a big no for me"
