"I recently delivered my baby at this hospital and it was a 10/10 experience. Dr. Thapa was the OB on call that night and she delivered my baby. She had great bedside manner. Even though I am in the healthcare field she broke everything down in laymen terms so that my partner and I could easily understand each intervention throughout the whole process. Tericka/ Ricka was my night shift nurse and as a nurse myself I must say that was the best hospital experience I have ever had because of her. As a first time mom delivery was very scary but she took her time comforting me and my partner. She was prompt whenever i called, answered all my questions and made sure we understood her response, kept me updated in a timely manner on what was going on, she held my hand when i was in pain, she repositioned me and coached me through the delivery. Ricka was nothing short of amazing. She really has a passion for the nursing field. If i was to do it all over again I would definitely have these two on my team. I pray she never leaves this profession and gets the chance to orient all new L&D nurses there. She made my experience worth wild."

"This is A+ class service, the nurses and doctors did a splendid job. This was my first time and when I tell you every need was met, Firstly, I'll say they didn't have me waiting hours, wondering what"s going on. They kept in communication my whole visit. They were gentle and respectful and they let me know at all times that they were about to touch me. They were friendly too and seemed like they actually cared about my pain and getting me better. I'm moving out of state so it was my first and last visit, but I definitely recommend if you're in pain. They got me prescription and I'm feeling as good as new. Thank You Prisma Health."

"As you would expect from a hospital very very clean. They had very convenient parking in the garage across the street with a pedestrian crosswalk above the street to make getting to the hospital a breeze. The one thing that really struck me at this location was how everybody was over the top friendly. Not just your normal cursory platitudes but honest to goodness caring for how your day was going how you were feeling and how they could be of service to you. I was up in the orthopedic surgery area and dealt with Crystal and Rhonda and were very impressed with both of them. Anytime you’re in a hospital it is not normally for something pleasant, but they all went out of their way to make you as comfortable as you could possibly be. Thank you so much for all that you do."

"Patients room was nasty. Floors were mopped but my socks stayed black! Bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned much less sanitized ( see pictures). Staff was nice but forgetful. When asking for something, the nurse would say she was going to get it and then either never return or bring it an hour or two later. June 2023"
