"I am a 50 yr white Christian wife, mother, grandmother whom volunteers in many service projects. Just barely 24 hours after a delicate kidney tumor removal surgery I found myself being manhandled & drug out of my room by 4 security guards & taken to the parking lot where I was eventually dropped on the ground while screaming for help. I had no shoes on & in a hospital gown on valentines day. My serious hospital offence was I pissed off the black charge nurse whom has already been short with me about blood in my urine & my pain medications. I got different insrtuctions from the doctor than from her & demanded to see the doctor in charge or my doctor in person for clarification. I was not violent nor did I ever threaten violence, I did not cuss or yell. I just wanted to wait for the doctor to tell me in person what was going on & why the sudden change. you tell me if that was cause to be thrown to the street?"
"The worst medical care I think one could receive. I wouldn’t even call this hospital a field hospital. Came in with a very audible pop like a rubber band sound from working out. Instant pain and discomfort. Get back to the ER fast then the PA came in and touched my shoulder and moved my arm asked me what happened explained that I was lifting weights and as I came up I felt and heard a very load pop in my chest near my armpit. If felt like I tore something. She left for a second then came back and said well the Dr doesn't think you tore anything and we are going to give you a shot and naproxen. I asked for the script to be called into one that would be open seeing as its later in the evening around 7 pm. The script was called into a Rx that was closed imagine that. Not once did anyone say, you sure you headed your muscle pop. Did it feel like a rubber band when it snapped? I was told that it was a muscle strain. Was then told I was being released without any type of imaging done. None not an X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI nothing. The PA didn't advocate for me to get imaging done just told me well it's a good thing we don't want to do imaging on you cause it would be like 10 hrs before you would get home. Super strange to be told that. Then in my discharge papers the nurse goes if the pain keeps up go to the walk in ortho or in 5 days go see the prizma health people at 14 med. I can tell you right now I would rather die then gonantwhere near any Prizma hospital. Ever. Their lack of empathy is baffling. They don't care and are only there for a paycheck and to tell folks I’m a doctor. 10/10 don't recommend this place to a dead man."
"We arrived at the hospital at 7:15 pm. My wife was put in a hallway. The nurse came and left for more than an hour. We asked another nurse to grab our nurse and she still never came back to check. When she finally came back, I asked her why it took her so long to even check on my wife, especially when all the other nurses was checking on their patients as I’m watching in the hallway. This hospital is a joke. Talking about patients in the hallway between staff. No compassion for the patients. And poor timing on it all. We are from out of town and we hope to never come back to this hospital again!!!!!! Still in the hallway for over 5 hours!!!!!!!"
"The nursing staff here is exceptional on the ball courteous friendly efficient. The food service here is top notch I do an excellent job quick service and very tasty well done organized food service. The physician's here I wish there arrogance and their common sense and their abilities all matched. Lack of communication looking down at patients disappearing for hours and hours on end We have been waiting to get out of this hospital now for 16 hours there is no reason for us to be here. We are not even connected to IV anymore no medications nothing we're just waiting to get signed out. I realize the floor is almost empty but why are they billing Blue Cross Blue shield for an extra day from us?"
