Normally I get greeted when I come in but lately they don’t say anything and tend to be on the rude side. I’m taking my health care somewhere else now. Nobody has an hour to literally just sit there and wait to see a doctor for barely 15 minutes! Ridiculous!"

"This office will not allow you to switch providers - even if you are not comfortable with your current provider. I did not like my interaction with Brittany Chestnut (Certified Physician Assistant), but when I requested to have my care transferred to another Doctor, Brittany Chestnut would not give consent. They did not care to loose our whole family as patients, due to one Assistant's stubbornness. We like the office and Dr. Millus - disappointed we have to leave."

"I recently visited Sandhills Family Medicine as a new patient. The office is located in the main Lexington Urgent care center and the volunteers directed me to my destination. The office is spacious and front staff were friendly. Nurse was great and efficient. Doctor was fantastic, listened to me and I trusted him on his suggested path for my care. Labs were on site and having online access to these labs is invaluable. Finally, checking out was a breeze and I liked the friendly banter the office staff had with each other. They appear like they enjoy working with each other (or at least they portray that ;) ) either way, my initial impression was excellent and I am pleased with my new Doctor :)"
