"I was truly petrified that I would have to replace an entire window today when my son shattered my lower sash. I called 84 lumber today after seeing their information on the window stickers. That was my first indication that they were a good company. They made it a point to put their information on the product sticker in a place that it would stay after installation. Not only did they have an installation expert readily available to tell me what I needed with just a picture of the window sticker, but they were also kind enough to have the part ready that day. They stayed open an extra couple of minutes after opening to wait for me to get there because I told them that it was urgent I got a new window immediately. Their prices were reasonable and the lovely girl at the counter was very pleasant. She even carried my window out to my car for me in the rain. And to the manager of the store: the answer is YES! You guys do pass the all white test. lol. Thank you so much 84 Lumber!"

"84 lumber is not consumer facing. Went in to get pricing for a home kit sold by 84 lumber. The counter people knew little to nothing about the kit. The pricing for the kit has not been update since 8/2022 although prices of building material has been on downward since the summer. 84 lumber provides customer service like walmart. At less at Walmart we don't expect expertise just space taker. You better off going home depot, lowes, or a local lumber yard"

"Called on 9/20/21 to quote materials for a shop build. We separated the quotes into the walls and truss system. Was told I'd have a quote for everything besides trusses that day. And the truss quote/ layout design the next day 5 days later I had to call to get the first quote. Now it's October 5th and still waiting on the truss info/quote. I called today and was given a price, but no lead time, no drawings to have approved and no written quote as promised. Also told I'd get a call back and got nothing regarding the lead time. So 2 weeks, and still nothing that I was promised. Kenneth Lewis was the rep I spoke with at first, not sure on the last 2 people that also didn't keep their word. We'll be taking our current project, and the future deck and fence projects elsewhere. And prices on just the lumber was $498 higher than lowes or GBS."

"84 Lumber has been absolutely outstanding. Prices have been better than other places I've quoted. If I am not happy with any piece of lumber, including special orders, they will take it back and get another piece, no questions asked. Customer service has also been outstanding and I've worked mostly with Zach. I couldn't be more pleased."
