"I never leave bad reviews but these two guys at Carter lumber definitely call for a bad review to save other people the stress of dealing with them. Initially Kyle was very helpful then it all went downhill, took months to get refunded for returned items Kyle and Tim Rowland acted like we were just a big inconvenience everytime I asked about the credits for returned items. Very unprofessional with Kyle not responding to text then act like I was just messing up his day when I got him in the phone. Even other employees at Carter lumber agreed with me about how these two guys do business. I was even told to try not to deal with Tim Rowland by a Carter employee because he has zero customer service skills. Maybe the other guys there are good at their job but avoid those two. We had too many issues to list here but that sums it up."

"Carter Lumber was one of our main suppliers for our new home build. Initially, their service was quite acceptable while we were being supplied lumber and general building supplies. Since then it has been abysmal and our sales rep, Kenny has been nothing but excuses. Our window order had several issues and damaged windows. Our interior door order had nearly 10 of our 40 doors incorrect, with some incorrectly ordered and some missing. Since then it has been an additional 4+ weeks and we still don't have what we need, we are going on 3 months of not having doors. I. Addition, the picture shown is from supplies that they were suppose to take back and instead it appears the just broke the crown. Very unprofessional."
