"On last Friday my husband and I called the owner and asked him if he replaced a glass in a buffet table and he replied yes but he was not in the office and that he was thinking about retiring but changed his mind. He said that his receptionist was in the office and we could bring the glass piece in. We got to the office and the receptionist said that the owner would call us Monday to give us an estimate to replace the glass . As of Wednesday we still have not heard from the owner. We called and went to the office and they were not open. VERY FRUSTRATING!! We can’t go some where else because they have our glass in their showroom. Owner please reply to my review!! "Larry is not reliable. He said he had order a mirror and for me to pick it up next day at 3pm. I called him and he said he forgot to order it and for me to look for somebody else. So rude and unprofessional."
