"Poor communication, lack of transparency and professionalism. Kept telling both parties they were going to close and didn’t. Short vague text messages from their processor are not considered updates! Anyone looking for funding for flips or dscr loans look at Lima One Capital or Kiavi Funding. Way more professional and easier to work with. To reply to your comment: No mistake here, I based the information from the pre approval letter. Vague and slightly rude replies via text with no introduction of sender is why I assumed it was a processor. Now that you say it was the loan officer directly than it makes this way worse."
