Burlington

"My daughter and I needed new casual/work clothes so we both grabbed several pieces to try on. It made sense for us to share the bigger dressing room, so as to not take up two rooms. I was aware that there were hardly any shoppers at the time, and no one in line who needed a more accessible space to try on clothes. Once we went into the dressing room, we saw that there was a dozen + items strewn everywhere, making it impossible for us to even put our own things down. We quickly hung all those clothes up and placed them on the outside rack (for the record, neither of us are size small, size 4, nor in need of maternity wear). A man asked if I was done and I quickly said no, we just got there and that we hadn't even started. He noticed the single dressing room and walked towards that direction. My daughter needed to be sure the tops and pants were work appropriate, so she tried everything on as one should. Minutes passed and we heard a knock at the door as she was finishing up. A worker said we needed to take turns, because someone was waiting to try on clothing, and that there is only ONE dressing room available for all shoppers because the other one was broken. (Broken? It's just a room!) My daughter and I hurried, already not in the best of moods. It wasn't the customer's fault, it just didn't make sense. We proceeded to put our items that we didn't want back where we found it. We made our way to the check out line and saw that the same man was in front of us with his one shirt. No biggie, like I said it wasn't his fault. HOWEVER, he said something about us to the cashier (the same one who knocked on the door) to which she replied and they both glanced our way. This isn't middle school. We're all grown ups, and I especially didn't appreciate her engaging in whatever they were discussing. Can we talk about the real problem, which is the ONE dressing room they have for the ENTIRE store. Please fix this issue, and if you could let the workers also know that it's not nice to talk about other customers...especially while they're still there."
