"As a health care provider, I know the first impression you get of an office is the front desk staff. Today I made a phone call inquiring about an appointment and insurance for a family member. However the individual on the other line was nothing short of rude and impatient as I was asking questions to get a better idea of what my next steps would be. If this would have happened in my office, this individual would have been fired."

"Been seeing Lauren for years, and she’s wonderful. I’ve met with a couple other docs there if Lauren was out, and they’ve also been great. They’ve all listened patiently, been friendly, timely, and competent."

"I love my doctor here! Even when I’ve seen someone who wasn’t my doctor they were nice and attentive. I never wait that long and everyone was nice to me from reception, lab, etc. I work in healthcare so I know how tough it can be with paperwork and certain patients. I am super picky about doctors, this is a good place for primary care. They also try to work with my schedule when they can."

"I’ve given this office two attempts and both times have proven to lack organization and simple empathy for patients. I witnessed an elderly women be required to call home to retrieve her debit card information for copay, after discovering she left it at home. They, however, would not let her use the phone or leave without paying. So she had to communicate to her elderly mother through the receptionist— who very clearly let her know that it was declined. I observed this only after having to wait extensively for a simple lab to be done. The first appointment that I scheduled was to include labs; however upon arrival I was told that they did not do labs on that day. Which begs to question why they would schedule the appointment. Overall, unsatisfactory service both times and certainly not prompt. Sadly, I came to this facility to escape the poor service of BonSecours, but they’re proving to be much better after all."

"I love this office! Prisma runs a very tight ship and I like that. Lauren Glass has been a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner, and I just wanted to make sure she gets the attention she deserves. The same goes for Amanda and the rest of the staff. I feel confident in their care if I ever need them for something major."
