"Horrible office staff. Called made a appointment for virtual appointment. Then ten minutes after it was suppose to start it was cancelled because another patient showed up. The next time I came into office I grabbed mask (directions on front door to do so) and the lady at the front desk in building B started screaming saying “I was not allowed to just grab a mask” so unprofessional and spoke with office manager due to her inappropriate behavior."

"I use to would recommend this family practice to anyone. my family and I have been here forever and a day. But our recent visits haven't been so good. once our name is called to finally get in a room, we have to wait an whole hour before the doctors can see us. If you want to attend this doctor care and make an appointment, make sure you don't have anything else to do that day because they are gonna make you wait forever and a day just to get seen. Oh and by the way, you could just be getting a follow up and its the same problems."
