"One of the worst customer service, absolutely incompetent employees who cannot even read documents properly. I had insurance for my vehicle and only after verification of my paperwork had I been sanctioned an auto-loan in the first place. Yet somehow, they can't seem to be bothered to read the documents that customers are actually sending to them, just a bunch of bits floating around in space. Then they proceed to slap me with an additional collateral protection plan when I already had insurance and my paperwork indicated so. I don't get it, either they just don't care or they have made it their mission to make it as hard as possible for customer to avail their services. If you are planning to take a loan from them, be prepared to have the patience of a saint, even then they will find a way to antagonize you."

"Horrible experience!!! Contacting them is so difficult you almost are happy to accept the condescending customer service from some reps are outright dishonesty from some others. Dispute over insurance which I had the whole time. Yet my payment ballooned up before being credited back down. Then accused of not making payments though I have their own automated notifications of payments AND MY OWN BANK STATEMENTS to show payments were made. All of this is ignored apparently as car gets repo'd anyway and now either nobody answers the phone or is able to tell me how to redeem car even if I temporarily agree to the disputed payment record and pay alleged delinquent amount. Meanwhile, I'm still getting promotional snail mail and email from TFCU. However, nobody can answer the phone or promises to call me back has yet to keep the promise. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!"

"Faxed in a specific notification to stop an auto payment on my personal acct. as per their request and not only did they stop that payment, but also an inbound lease payment on my business acct.. Spent over an hour with multiple calls while on vacation with a rep who assured me that it would be set up again and a week later checked and nothing was done. After another hour+ on the phone it was finally handled. Blows my mind how they could be so irresponsible and careless. A call center supervisor (Bonnie) left me a message at my request because I wanted to speak to someone about it. I called back and left a message which she hasn’t returned in 2 weeks and I couldn’t even leave another since her voicemail doesn’t pick up anymore. Thoroughly unprofessional"
