"I've gone to this store in Rhinebeck a few times in the last year, both to purchase jewelry and to buy presents, and to have replacement batteries for watches. The women who work there are very professional and pleasant ... you aren't rushed but if you need help, they are willing to show you pieces that might fit what you are looking for in the price range you request. For an old Timex, they sent my watch off for an estimate for repair, and although it was too expensive to fix, they also had the watch returned so I could have it in case I changed my mind.
