"First, off the receptionist at the front desk, are very polite, and my nurse was absolutely a joy to talk with, she was very kind, but the CNP Ana Endaya is the exact opposite. Ana, is so very rude, and she spoke to me in such a condescending manner, she had a student come in with her at my appointment, and that was fine, not a problem for me, but the problem came when she spoke about the reason for my appointment. I was letting her know that the medicine she prescribed me was not working, as I had previously let her know this exact thing through MYChart. I messaged her on MYChart to ask her could she increase the dosage on my medicine, because it was non effective, and probably because she started me at a low dose, she responded back on MYChart, and said No, she needed for me to come in for a work up, I didn't feel that was necessary, but I obliged, and scheduled the appointment which was 2 weeks out. Morning of my appointment she comes in the room, and says are you taking the medicine the right way? I responded, " I absolutely am taking the medicine consistently the way it states to take it, but it isn't working. I asked, Ana could she have a blood test check something for me, and this is when she looked at me, and gave this condescending remark, and said, "why would I check that? I would check a lot of other things before doing that. My response to her is why haven't you did a lot of other things then? Then she says, I don't know what to do, you should have scheduled an appointment with your GI. This is when my niceness went out the door. I let Ana know, she was the one that told me to come and see her, if she didn't know what to do, why waste my time, and have me schedule an appointment. She then says, I will up the dose on your medication. I told her that is what I asked her on MYChart, but she had me come for a visit that was unproductive, and she didn't do anything at the visit, but act as if I don't have a right to suggest certain test be ran on me. I am an advocate for my health, and no one should treat you in a condescending manner concerning your health, treating you as if your foolish for advocating for your own health. I will no longer come back to this facility, it took everything in me to compose myself, because I don't take kindly to someone speaking to me in that tone."

"I chose Dr. Kurt Budelmann as my PCP back in July due to my prior PCP moving away. I cannot recommend this doctor or this office. Do not get sick and think you can call for an appointment on a Friday. They do not answer their phone on Fridays. No matter what option you choose they do not pick up. Also, Dr. Budelmann will not refill a non-narcotic prescription you have been taking for well over 12 years for shingles. He wants you to have a flare up and make an appointment. I guess you just hope and pray they answer the phone to make that appointment. I am not sure if he doesn’t make money off of preexisting prescriptions and wants to be the original prescriber. I cannot recommend this office or the above mentioned Doctor."

"I'm an established patient with this office and while I am very satisfied with my PCP there, I am not at all satisfied with the practice as a whole. There have been multiple instances over the past year where I have tried to make a same day sick appointment over the phone and the automated telephone system just keeps ringing and eventually reaches an error and hangs up on me. That means that instead, I have to show up at the office without an appointment, hoping that they can get me in. There have been times when they couldn't and they recommended that I go to Urgent Care. I have told the receptionist at the office about the problems with their automated telephone system and yet the problem has gone unaddressed. Nothing pleases me more than being turned away from my PCP for a same day sick appointment. It actually makes me want to find a new PCP if I'm being entirely honest."

"Heads up, this is long- The nurses and front office staff here are great, however, I have had multiple bad experiences with Ana Endaya, CNP. I don't know if she realizes she's being rash and condescending, but it certainly comes across as so. I was belittled because I didn't know I was supposed to fast for my appointment (I wasn't told to when I scheduled it). She literally said in a patronizing tone "what did you think a physical was?" I haven't had a physical since high school for sports, so I wasn't aware that meant blood work much less, fasting. You'd think they would tell you beforehand. I brought up pain I was experiencing during my yearly physical but she told me to schedule a different appointment because wrist pain isn't related to a routine physical. It seemed like she just cared about hurrying out of the room and making me buy more of her time. I have other examples like this as well. Maybe the other doctors are friendly? I decided to go to a new practice all together."

"Budelmann doesn’t care for his patients! We were 12 mins late for an appointment because my mother lives in assisted living and with the new Covid procotols it took a lot longer to get her released from her facility. Budelmann refused to see her for her scheduled appointment. I tried to explain that my mother had awful back pain and needed to see him today but he refused. We have waited for more than 12 mins to see him. I think it is sad he could not do the same for us. I DO NOT recommend a doctor who can’t be the least bit flexible to help his patients especially when they are having back pain and can not stand up straight. Extremely disappointed that he turned us away."
