"The care IN the Wound Center is great but the customer service afterward is not. My mother has chronic wounds. She has been cared for monthly for several months. They finally have given her a treatment that has improved her situation. The problem is we cannot get the supplies ourselves. They have to be ordered though a physician. She was told that would be done for her but she is now out of the supplies given to her. I have called but NO ONE will return a phone call."
