"Avoid this place Dr.Pitt did absolutely nothing but cause more harm im elderly told them im very ill diseased bed ridden didn't matter so please go elsewhere or you'll be writing a review Ambulance ride was a nightmare with a rotted spine I was in so much pain i was begging for help & the paramedic sat behind me on his phone as I was crying for help i was sliding off the gurney being beat up Ambulance rode like a wagon & with partial paralysis due to spinal cord compression my spine is diseased in short im cripled that ride caused duress for weeks take an uber or crawl I told them I was very ill & bedridden I had been puking 3 days dehydrated & diarrhea so bad I had been bleeding out hemorrhoids for a while the dr came in there spent 2seconds & said yup ya got hemorrhoids scoffed & walked out never even spoke to me I went in there with acute stomach pain GUESS WHAT turns out I had a cancerous tumour & a serious stomach lesion the Dr didn't even do any hands on abdominal or diagnostic tests to conclude or aide me plus they stuck me with expensive bills itemized by my ins the charges were ridiculous I called to share my concerns I was belittled by hearing in thier opinion how great they are & the Ambulance service & vehicle was top of the line that's so not true it messed me up i wasn't even strapped in i'll never go there again ever ill die b4 they do harm to me again a total rip off & no respect compassion or treatment for an elderly cripple with stomach cancer & upper GI ulcerated lesion tsk tsk never again sounds alot like malpractice...Go to Hillcrest or any other place this place ain't worth the dirt it sits on & like all these other complaints we all can't be wrong!"

"My mom went in for a CT scan got admitted stayed there 10 days before being transferred because their operating room was shutting down at 5 and no one would be there to operate on her. SMH REALLY. I am so disappointed well we went to Hill Crest and they was remarkable with my momma..needless to say the dr that took over with momma said she should have never waited 10 days and had to perform surgery the next day. If she wouldn't have went to Hill Crest she would have died and yes that is what the dr told us. Please do not take your family or your self to Laurens unless you want to die or your loves too."

"Y’all, I will spare you the details of how my father was treated in this hospital, but let me tell you my experience with every person I interacted with was awful. No one I spoke too seemed like they gave two craps about anything. This hospital is filled with rejects working there in every sense of the word. If you have any choice do NOT go to this hospital. It’s always been bad but it has gotten worse. Source: 50 years living around here."

"My mom has been admitted to the hospital for possible more than a few days and she was diagnosed with another UTI and they did a CAT Scan because she has had blood in her stool for around a month now and the doctors have pinpointed the bleeding in or around her liver. She’s had a fatty liver for years and the doctors said that she could possibly have the first stages of cirrhosis of the liver but everything points to her liver. So hopefully they will fix the problem within the coming days. Big thanks to everyone that helped my mom at Prisma Health Lauren’s County Hospital for pinpointing the problem that the Prisma Health Hillcrest Hospital doctors overlooked a couple of weeks ago. "Never been before today Amy and Jessica were ones who did ultrasounds on my top and lower half. They were amazing. We talked and cut up which really put my anxiety at ease. Was supposed to get done with everything by 11 but had me walking out the door at 9:30 with answers. Wait time was not an issue and considering what I needed done it was a pleasant experience I’d give 10 stars if I could because compassion during scary situations is a blessing!!"
